Sophie is a dedicated martial arts instructor accredited by Martial Arts Australia. With a passion for both mixed martial arts and karate, she has been honing her skills since 2011. Her commitment to the sport is reflected in her impressive achievement of a Second Dan Black Belt ranking.
Sophie is actively involved in the competitive scene, representing her skills at national-level mixed martial arts tournaments. Her journey through martial arts not only showcases her personal dedication but also highlights her role in inspiring and training other women in the discipline.
